About Us

The idea was born when trying to find something that was comfortable to wear and workout in without compromising my attempt to dress modestly. Over time I realised many girls in my immediate circle were having the same conundrum and with their help as a "focus group", I created the first classic shirts.

As the final product was a result of a group collaboration I wanted everyone to feel they could call a bit of it theirs, which is why the brand is called “mine”.

It has now been over a year since the official launch and we're building a strong community of likeminded individuals whose feedback and engagement is integral to the product development.

Our main mission is to eliminate reasons which hold us back from the gym as working out has many positive physical and mental benefits. We want to promote that gyms are fun environments to be in, which is why we promote our products using a more humorous marketing strategy.

One of our company aims is to become the place to go to for all things modest activewear. So the classic collection included 2 shirts, one for taller women and one for more petite women. So our natural next initiative in an effort to make our range more inclusive, was to find a way to make flattering activewear for curvier women. We are currently on the cusp of releasing our Curvy Girl range which ranges up to size 24.
