Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These items include:

Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Personalized or Customized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized with special designs or alterations are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defects.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

Contact Customer Support: Please get in touch with our customer support team at info@wearemine.co.uk within 30 days of your purchase. Provide your order number and briefly explain the reason for your return or exchange request.

Await Authorization: Our dedicated customer support team will guide you through the process and issue a return authorization number (RA#) if your request is approved.

Prepare Your Items: Pack your item(s) securely, preferably in the original packaging, and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation. Clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the package.

Ship Your Items: Send your package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds and Exchanges
After receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to complete this process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as the return is processed, subject to availability.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.
